  • JLD Technology launches the first phase of its cutting-edge flower trading system.

    JLD Technology has collaborated with one of Asia’s foremost flower import companies to deliver a custom built, bilingual business application running within the windows framework. The system offers concise, easily accessible, information to better manage and streamline our client’s ordering and sales processes. We have introduced the flexibility for staff to operate in their native Japanese yet issue documentation, orders, reports and invoices in either English or Japanese.

    “We initially went into the company to discover and analyse the way their business worked. Next we spent a period working with management to improve key business processes. Finally we designed and built the technology to support these new processes.”
  • JLD Technology develops a powerful business application for a leading Japanese hotel operator.

    As part of the continuing efforts of the Japanese Love Hotel industry to improve their international image, JLD Technology partnered a client to fully understand and evaluate the business processes within the industry. Having completed this process JLD Technology has built a windows based, bilingual (Japanese and English), business application that reports and manages reservations, bookings, billing and occupancy rates, plus all other essential aspects of running a Love Hotel in Japan.

  • Dried Fruit Producer increases supply chain efficiency with JLD Technology.

    A Thai producer of premium dried fruits and cereals, has announced the successful implementation of JLD Technology designed, ERP Software. Sourcing available supplies and timing of deliveries are essential in preserving the quality of our client’s product. Late deliveries or delays in processing can cause the fruit and cereals to spoil. Our client had European contracts to maintain but needed to cut costs. JLD Technology reviewed the current technology and systems being used. The review led to the implementation of revised ordering and receiving routines based on “just in time” technology.

  • Indian Wholesaler implements a bespoke Wholesale and Distribution Solution designed by JLD Technology.

    JLD Technology has completed the design and implementation of a comprehensive, integrated business system designed for wholesalers, distributors and merchants who need to provide a high level of customer satisfaction while keeping tight controls on operating costs and profit margins. Our consultants realised, after working with the client to learn the intricacies of its business, that their technology must change in order to maximise sales opportunities, increase margins, improve credit control and reduce stock holdings. The new software, which employs a Windows based user interface for ease of training, provides the customer with easily accessible, extensive information and automated processes to achieve these goals. In doing so they will improve liquidity and cash flow.

  • Busy Hong Kong Restaurant goes wireless with JLD Technology.

    JLD Technology has delivered a hand-held order-taking system to a well-known Hong Kong eatery. Using Windows CE technology we have designed an interface which allows the waiting staff to take orders on a wireless PDU. Speed, novelty and accuracy are the most noticeable benefits for the customer. Our client however gets the additional bonus of readily available, real time, POS information with the increased sales and savings that will follow from analysis of trends in customers’ preferences. The system additionally automates customer billing and therefore enhances cash security
